We all love Touch. Some of us even think ahead and start training before the season.

But not many of us actually know how, when, or what to train to be fit for Touch, or a better Touch player.

Until now. Going for a couple of runs a week and doing sets of 4x12 in the gym isn't that Touch-specific. You need a program designed for you - a Touch player - to help get you ready for the season ahead.

 

This comprehensive 6 week training program will help get you FITTER, FASTER, and STRONGER going into the upcoming season. Backed by science, and blended with reality.

The 6 week program includes:

  • easy-to-understand education on training principles
  • guidance on how to best lay out your week to get better results and avoid 'burnout'
  • full week layout - this includes three running blocks to develop well-rounded cardiovascular fitness (blend of aerobic, aerobic threshold, anaerobic, plyometrics and sprints). It also includes two gym blocks to increase strength and power while also decreasing injury risk.
  • full progression recommendations and options for every workout mapped out for you
  • you'll get access to an easy-to-follow program to help get you fitter, faster and stronger this season

Simple, Efficient and Adapted to everyone

The program is really well done and simple to understand. There are 4 sessions a week (2 conditionning and 2 gym's) which are specific to our sport and I am really thankful to have it. The program is open to everyone since it is based on your own performances so you can easily do it with friends who don't have the same level as you.
My bronco had a little improvement over the 6 weeks but I did it with my girlfriend who went from 5:35 to 5:02 in 6 weeks, I was really impressed. I will definitely keep doing it to get in shape for the world cup !

Love how simple this is, easy to follow, and how much value is in there and what it’s going to give touch players - the easy week to follow to get fitter and faster. so many of us don’t know how to train, progress, etc, and this will help so many touchies get in shape at any time they choose to invest in it 👌🏽 can’t recommend enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
