7th Touch Level Up Defensive Program

Designed by Touchies with the Touch Football athlete/coach in mind, the Level Up Defensive Program will help upskill and solidify your Touch development. This program is aimed at players and coaches needing some guidance on how to better understand structured Touch Football.

What's included?

The Level Up Defensive Program includes: 

• an easy-to-follow explanation of simple defensive concepts and how they relate to defensive policies;
• foundational defensive policies/systems, such as corner/save defence and mirror defence, that a lot of elite defensive systems stem from, providing you with a solid base;
• access to a restricted section of the 7th Touch Training Hub where you can watch videos demonstrating and explaining those defensive policies;
• practical drills and exercises that you can use and refer back to whenever you like;
• plus a few tips to help you get the most out of your defence!
